The Dewees Island Blog was started by Judy and Reggie Fairchild in 2008, when their Dewees house was finished and they could spend more time on the island. For official information about Dewees, consult the Dewees Island POA website. Guest authors are welcome to submit posts about living on the island: keeping the tone positive and informative.  We’re interested in actual island owner experiences and suggestions for field trips, restaurants, great books, etc. Email Judy if you’re interested in posting.

When Judy retired from her second career in real estate and returned to her first love, education, she moved most of her nature observations over to her Nature Walks with Judy site.  Reggie helps with the technical aspects of both websites but is focusing primarily on his financial planning clients over at Flip Flops and Pearls.
