Rainbows and waterspouts

It was a gorgeous morning on Dewees, with a tiny storm moving across the island at about 8:45.  I had gone out to the front beach to check out the least tern nesting project (more on this topic in another post) when the weather started to drizzle a bit, working from the Mount Pleasant/Awendaw side of the island.  The sun was out at the front beach, and the contrast was awesome!

It's hard to see, but there is a second rainbow on the right, over the bike

This rainbow stretched to both horizons, and is even a double rainbow in the photo with my bike!  Once the storm passed over Dewees on its way out to sea, there was a waterspout offshore.
