I launched a new web site called DeweesRentals.com. It’s designed to serve Dewees Home Owners with Rental Houses and people interested in renting on Dewees Island.

My real estate company, Simplistate, LLC, is currently the rental agent for 3 homes on Dewees — Home 55 (Lapham’s), Home 67 (Marshall’s) and Home 126 (Tarleton’s / Cotter’s).
