Foraging for Food on Dewees

The February 18th issue of the Charleston City Paper ran an article about foraging for food on Dewees Island.  Andrew Cebulka, the forager, was inspired by Toone Lapham’s brother Larc Lindsey’s Wild Stuff cookbook.  Larc served as a part-time chef on Dewees at the Huyler House for a time when IPP was selling lots.  The goodies Mr. Cebulka found on Dewees were prepared by Robert Stehling of the Hominy Grill.
