The 2008 fishing rodeo wrapped up on December 31st.  Rumor has it that Henry Savage is feeling very confident about his chances.  His team is said to have caught more than 1400 inches of fish.  Most of which were released.

Meanwhile, the Fairchild-Drew contingent participating in the tournament for their first time is said to trying to shoot the moon — by mid-day they were trying to catch the fewest inches of fish ever in the tournament.

Winners and moon shooters will be announced at the Annual Meeting in March.  It’s not too early to start recruiting your team for the 2009 rodeo.
