That’s weird. I contacted them, and they said they were not having any web issues. From the website, you can go the the help menu, then click customer support. Pull down the menu to live support, and click live chat. Then type in the problem and someone will get back to you with suggestions. They couldn’t help me find a way to help you without your input.
