The Dewees Turtle Nesting season is well underway, with four nests and several false crawls.  We always need more volunteers to walk the beach, so call Judy at 259-1713 if you are interested.  In addition, the turtle team meets every Tuesday morning at Huyler House at 9:30 to talk about scheduling, strategies for relocation, inventory, mixing dark n stormies, etc.  Even if you have never walked for us or attended a meeting, feel free to join us!
