There are less than than two weeks left to harvest shellfish in South Carolina waters, so enjoy the last of those clams and oysters. Remember to have your SC recreational salt water fishing license with you.

We are particular fans of slightly steaming clams open, then dressing them with bacon, parmesan cheese, garlic, and a tsp each of heavy cream and Jameson’s Irish Whiskey, and then broiling them until sizzly.  Mmmmmm……
