North of Osprey Walk in the area behind the sandbar, the front beach is slowly accreting sand.  In the photo below, you can see that some beach grass has started to grow and latch onto the sand blowing by.  A few hundred yards south, the beach is eroding from Osprey Walk past Need Rush Walk.
